Ano ang HbA1c? 🩸💉

Alam mo ba kung ano ang HbA1c? 🩸
Ito ang blood test na sumusukat sa average blood sugar mo sa loob ng 2-3 buwan—hindi lang isang araw na sukatan gaya ng FBS.

✅ Target HbA1c: usually below 7% para makaiwas sa komplikasyon tulad ng sa mata, bato, puso, at nerves.
📉 Mas mababa = mas maayos na kontrol sa diabetes
📈 Mas mataas = mas mataas ang risk sa diabetes complications

👩‍⚕️ Regular HbA1c monitoring = essential sa tamang gamutan at paggabay sa’yo.
