"Speak Out and Seek Help: A Mental Health Awareness Project"
Mental health is a timely issue that the world continues to face. For centuries, many people, especially adolescents, have felt the nagging feeling that their mental health was in a shell of its own, trying to block out the constant stress and pressure they felt. Because of these pent-up problems and emotions, teens usually feel overwhelmed and do not know how to handle these responses. That’s why these small, unaddressed cries turn into more concerning impacts on their mental health and overall well-being, such as depression and PTSD.
The Speak Out and Seek Help project is a campaign that helps students, in particular, to be able to easily open up and be able to speak out their concerns regarding pent-up feelings and emotions, stress, and such other problems that affect the mental health of each learner, will be addressed in the right measures. Additionally, the project’s motto "It's okay not to be okay", are helped to encourage students to help themselves physically and emotionally; normalize and acknowledge the feelings of anxiety and stress; and overall reduce the stigma around mental illness through this project's support group and the support they find at home and in their community.🎗️🧠🫂🗣️🎗️
