Rapid Health Assessment Monitoring at RHU Cordon and Barangay Health Stations 🏥

In light of the recent onslaught of Typhoon Uwan, the Rapid Health Assessment Monitoring was conducted today at the RHU Cordon and Barangay Health Stations to assess the impact of the typhoon on local health services and infrastructure.

This activity was headed by our very own DMO IV, Nurse Kristine Galamgam, together with the dedicated team from Human Resources for Health (HRH). 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

The assessment aims to ensure that our health facilities remain functional, safe, and ready to deliver essential health services to affected communities. Findings and recommendations from the monitoring will be reported to the Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP) – CVCHD for appropriate action and support. 🏥📋

We commend our hardworking health workers for their continued dedication and service, especially in the aftermath of calamities. Your commitment truly keeps our communities healthy and resilient. 💪❤️

Kapag ang ating mga anak o mga kasama sa bahay ay nakitaan ng sintomas ng influenza-like illness tulad ng pagkakaroon ng lagnat, ubo, sipon, sore throat, at minsan ay may kasamang pagsusuka at pagtatae—napakaimportante po na kumonsulta agad sa pinakamalapit na health facility upang mabigyan ng agarang lunas at sapat na kaalaman at gabay para hindi na lumalala ang sakit at makahawa pa sa ibang tao.

Para sa lahat, ugaliin ang palagiang paghuhugas ng kamay at pagsunod sa tamang coughing etiquette. Kapag nakakaramdam ng mga sintomas, mahalaga ang pagpapanatili ng hydration, kaya ugaliing uminom ng maraming tubig, magpahinga nang sapat, at kumain ng masusustansya at sapat na pagkain upang mapalakas ang ating resistensya.
