Meet Pamela 🌺 our visiting teacher at the shala.

Pam is a Filipina yoga teacher whose practice is shaped by years of exploration, island living, and ocean rhythms. A super fun and funky, bubbly spirit who’s always down for an adventure 🌊

After leaving the corporate life in 2020, she followed a more nature-led path traveling through coastal towns in Türkiye and eventually settling into island life in Siargao. These days, surfing and yoga are woven into her daily rhythm, shaping how she moves and how she teaches.

Join Pam over the next few weeks at the shala for invigorating Dynamic Flows and grounding Yin classes— she offers supportive spaces to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention 🌀

It’s been a sunny, breezy, uplifting month since we opened our doors, and we’ve settled into a comfortable rhythm. We’re giddy with delight to come to “work” everyday and welcome you into our shala home.

Grateful to those who have come through our doors— arriving with open hearts, and the intention to find quiet space and practice. For those who have given and received here, shared stories, found rest in a cozy corner— THANK YOU. You are what makes this space feel so warm, alive, and special. 🤲🏾🪷

Slowly the loose ends are coming together and we’re nearing the end of construction. We owe it to the workers who have given countless hours of hard work and dedication to bring our vision to life. We are deeply GRATEFUL.

It has been a labor of love.

The island is slowly coming to life- more sunshine, a bit less rain, more people on the streets, it is lush and green out 💚 Habagat has officially ended and we’re transitioning to drier, cooler amihan days.

We’re working hard to get this space ready. Almost there. One step at a time.

Hello friends, thought we’d share a little update with you 🌷

We are currently:

~ on teaching break, filling our own cup and focusing on studies

~ enjoying the slowness of the wet season and quiet island, while it lasts

~ working hard on bringing this space to life, one little step at a time 👣 (…there are so many steps 😆) but also so many hands and hearts helping us build this dream 🩶

We miss you and hope you are well. We are SO excited to share this with you!

We’re excited to announce that we will be holding the Beginner Series once again this July! We see how curious people are about yoga, so if you have been wanting to try it out, THIS is your sign. 😉

🪷YOGA FOR BEGINNERS 🪷

Learn essential yoga poses (asana) with a focus on healthy alignment, explore foundational breathwork (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana) techniques, and dive into the history, philosophy, and purpose of yoga. Yes, yoga goes far beyond the mat!

Take any single class, or join all four to build a solid yoga foundation. See the poster for individual class details.
