But they feel so real! How do we overcome them?

A helpful way is to imagine consoling a good friend who is trying to meet their goals but talks to themselves in that way. How would you comfort them, and how will you encourage them to combat these thoughts?

Try to speak to yourself like you would speak to a good friend.

College Students of Notre Dame RVM College of Cotabato can now get their Grades from the Rgistrar’s Office starting today, July 7, 2021.

Enrolment is on-going. Classes will start on August 16, 2021.
