Our little ones were warmly welcomed by Dr. Mila Gratuito at Eyecare Optical Clinic, where they excitedly tried the autorefractor machine, a device used to measure the eyesโ refractive error and help determine if someone needs glasses.
They also had fun reading from the optical eye chart, and weโre happy to share that all eyes are healthy and bright.
Dr. Mila reminded the kids about the importance of caring for their eyes:
โข Rest your eyes after using gadgets
โข Limit screen time
โข Eat foods rich in Vitamin A
โข Spend time playing outdoors
โข Avoid rubbing the eyes and keep hands clean
