Mahalagang malaman ang tamang konsumo ng protina kung may Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) ka. Gamitin ang iyong kamay bilang panukat para matukoy ang kinakailangang dami ng protina araw-araw at para sa kalusugan ng iyong mga bato. Huwag kalimutang kumonsulta sa doktor ukol sa tamang nutrisyon para sa iyo!

1. Iwasan ang sobrang pasta—½ tasa lang, kasing laki ng nakasarang kamao mo.
2. Ang hinlalaki mo mula buko hanggang dulo ay kasing laki ng isang kutsara; doblehin ito para sa peanut butter.
3. Ang dulo ng daliri mo ay kasing dami ng isang kutsarita—iyan ang kailangan mong mantikilya.
4. Ang nakasarang kamao ay kasing laki ng isang tasa, o doble ng serving ng ice cream.
5. Ang 3 oz. ng karne ay kasing laki ng palad mo.
