The activity offered various health services which includes free medical check-up by ๐——๐—ฟ. ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ ๐—๐—ผ๐—ต๐—ป ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜‡ - DOH Deployed Physician, with free medicines.

๐——๐—ฟ. ๐—œ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐—™๐—ฎ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ถ๐—น๐—น๐—ผ - DOH deployed dentist, conducted dental check-up, fluoride application to children.

The operation aimed to inspect and identify possible mosquito breeding sites within the barangay, particularly stagnant water in residential areas, drainage systems, and uncovered containers. House-to-house visits were conducted to check for the presence of mosquito larvae and to advised the residents on proper waste disposal, regular cleaning of surroundings, and elimination of stagnant water.

During the activity, the team coordinated with barangay officials and residents to raise awareness about dengue prevention.

Dr. Winfred Rivera and the PCF personnel were informed of the monitoring's outcome, along with necessary compliance and suggestions by the DOH RLED.

This is to ensure compliance of the health facilities to the DOH standards, and adoption of DOH policies regarding health facility regulation.

The Cuartero Primary Care Facility, underwent LGU Health Scorecard 2025 validation, conducted by the Development Management Officers (DMO) of DOH Capiz.

The DMOs provided feedback to Dr. Winfred Rivera on the outcome of validation, with suggestions and recommendations.

The validation is important to ensure that the health data submitted by the LGU through the PCF is accurate, complete, and reliable. This also helps in improving the quality healthcare in Cuartero.

The activity offered various health services which includes free medical check-up by ๐——๐—ฟ. ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ ๐—๐—ผ๐—ต๐—ป ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜‡ - DOH Deployed Physician, with free medicines.

๐——๐—ฟ. ๐—œ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐—™๐—ฎ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ถ๐—น๐—น๐—ผ - DOH deployed dentist, conducted dental check-up, fluoride application and distritbution of toothbrushes to children.
