Alamin ang lahat ng dapat malaman sa COVID-19

Ang COVID-19 ay isang nakahahawang sakit dulot ng isang bagong virus, kumakalat ito sa pamamagitan ng droplets na tumalsik kapag nagsasalita, umuubo, o bumabahing ang taong nahawa. Ang lahat o sinuman, ano man ang edad, ay maaring mahawa.

Mapoprotektahan ang sarili laban sa sakit sa mga sumusunod na pamamaraan:
1. Manatili sa bahay at dumistansya sa iba (1 metro na layo).
2. Ugaliing maghugas ng kamay.
3. Takpan ang bibig at ilong sa t'wing babahing o uubo.
4. Araw-araw na maglinis at mag disinfect sa inyong bahay.
5. Iwasang hahawakan ang iyong mata, bibig o ilong.
6. Maging maalam (kumuha lamang ng impormasyon sa opisyal na DOH channels).

Maging maalam at mapagmatyag at sama-sama labanan ang COVID-19!
