We have said our goodbyes to 2021. We now look forward our faith and life journey this year 2022. Indeed, let us take time to enjoy the journey... there would be smooth and rough roads. There would be both smiles and joy due to the beautiful scenery and wonderful people along the way, but also, there would be all other mixed emotions, which are all part of our being. In tha Lao culture, they have what they call a BACI ceremony, and it ends up with each other tying a string on each others wrists, as they bless one another LIFE / , SUCCESS & HAPPINESS.
How do you say in different languages and dialects?

Can you guess which one is BEFORE and which one is AFTER ?

I guess my God-given antioxidants are being activated and reducing my oxidative stress in my body. Thanks to NRF2, (and my kids who support me when I do my Zumba dances and diet).

Indeed, as we understand how our bodies work, and how complex God's creation is, we could not fathom God's ways and wisdom. But thanks God for the gift of understanding and the gift of Science that somehow, we can be able to understand these complexities in a layman terms.
