Magkakaroon lamang po ng kaunting adjustment ang ating clinic schedule sa Alaminos Doctors Hospital tuwing miyerkules. Ito po ay magiging 2PM to 5PM na po.

Wala po tayong clinic mula March 15-18, 2023. Dahil po ito sa darating na annual convention ng Philippine College of Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism na gaganapin sa EDSA Shang.

☕️Para sa mga taong mahilig mag-kape o tsaa 🍵

👉Kailangang maging mapanuri sa mga uri ng kape o tsaa na iniinom sa pang-araw-araw.

👉Marami sa mga 3-in-1 (pati na rin ang mga 5-in-1 o kaya mga 7-in-1) coffee sachets ay may 40-50% na asukal.

👉Kaya kung maaari, mas mainam na uminom na lamang ng purong kape o tsaa, haluan ng creamer at kung gusto ng panamis, mas mainam ang mga artificial sweeteners.

👉Tandaan, may kontrol tayo sa buhay natin - kasama rito ang uri ng pagkain na pinapasok natin sa katawan natin.

👉Maging conscious tayo sa ating kalusugan para sa mas masaya at masustansyang pangangatawan.
