🔹 Check for Response – Tap and shout.

📞 Call for Help – Dial emergency services right away.

❤️‍🩹 Start CPR – If unresponsive and not breathing, push hard and fast in the center of the chest (100–120/min).

🩸 Control Bleeding – Apply firm pressure with a clean cloth.

🔥 Treat Burns – Run cool water over the burn for at least 10
minutes.

😮‍💨 Choking? – Perform back blows and abdominal thrusts.

☠️ Poisoning? – Don’t induce vomiting. Call poison control or emergency services.

🧘 Stay Calm – Reassure the person and keep them safe until help arrives.

🧰 Be Prepared – Keep a first aid kit at home, in your car, and at work.
