REGION 1 MEDICAL CENTER IS NOW AN ACUTE STROKE READY HOSPITAL! 🧠

We are proud and deeply honored to announce that Region 1 Medical Center’s Brain Attack Team and Acute Stroke Unit has officially been granted a three-year certification by the Stroke Society of the Philippines as an Acute Stroke Ready Hospital, effective June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2028.

This certification signifies that R1MC meets national standards in the prompt recognition and management of acute stroke cases. It ensures that patients receive timely, evidence-based interventions within the critical treatment window. As a certified Acute Stroke Ready Hospital, R1MC strengthens its role as a reliable facility for lifesaving stroke care in the region.
