Nagsimula ang taong ito sa inyong paglayag at matatapos itong taon sa inyong paglalakbay tungo sa mas malusog na komunidad.

Maraming salamat sa lahat ng Kaakbay volunteers sa binigay niyong husay, galing, malasakit at dedikasyon. Ang pagtatapos ng taong ito ay hindi simbolo ng pagpapaalam - MAGPAPATULOY TAYO!

Onward to a healthier Dagupeños! As Project Danumazing has been successfully implemented, the Water is Life project is now under construction! where children can have free access to clean drinking water. Our mission doesn't stop here; keep in touch as we build a healthier Dagupan and a healthier tomorrow for everyone.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to the organizations that make these events even more successful. to JCI Dagupan Bangus for the presentations, continued support, and donations. And also thanks to the ever-supportive East Central Integrated School, Mayombo District, Dagupan City.

Project Danumazing Kids was implemented successfully! A healthier community awaits as children are taught the value of proper handwashing and water conservation. They are also educated about the different types of germs that cause sickness, especially in our young ones.

Everything’s set for PROJECT DANUMAZING!

With the help of the school's supreme student government, health kits containing alcohol and vitamins will be distributed to students, who will also be taught the whys and hows of proper handwashing.

Join us as we tackle a healthier community and a healthier tomorrow. PROJECT DANUMAZING will be held tomorrow, November 28, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. at East Central Integrated School, Mayombo District, Dagupan City.

A project initiated by the ‘ACCESS TO CLEAN WATER’ movement of UNILAB PROJECT KAAKBAY and JCI DAGUPAN BANGUS
Through proper education and allowing access to clean water sources, we can promote cleaner and healthier living for the Dagupeños. With this advocacy in mind, UNILAB Project Kaakbay and JCI Dagupan Bangus launches Project DanumAzing; a project that educates children the WHYs and HOWs of proper hand washing and the importance of water conservation to prevent diseases caused by germs and to secure an eco-conscious future.
PROJECT DANUMAZING will take place on November 28, 2022, 9:00 AM at East Central Integrated School, Mayombo District, Dagupan City.

PROJECT TITLE : Water Is Life: An Access to Clean Water

We have chosen the community school located at Barangay Mayombo which is the East Central Integrated School. One of their problems is the access to clean water as the school only provides water for cleaning their classroom and their comfort rooms. The students and teachers contribute to purchase purified drinking water.

The school is a public school and most of the students came from the neighboring barangays but most of the students came from Barangay Mayombo. We want to provide the school with a water filtration system so the parents are assured and confident that their children are safe with water they are drinking since Barangay Mayombo’s top health concern is access to clean water.

Our team would also like to empower the youth to instill the significance of frequent proper hand washing. The school already provides several handwashing areas but due to lack of resources and empowerment, the hand washing area is not being used. So we are planning to build a youth organization that will focus on addressing health problems within their school and community.
