A: Hindi naiiwasan ang stress kahit si JUAN tamad na stress sa paghihintay ng pagbagsak ng bayabas.

pero may Tatlong "A" at isang 'I' Helpful tips akong alam para sa STRESS.

1. Adopt - may mga bagay talaga na hindi naiiwasan para na nagdudulot sayo ng stress. so you may ADOPT on it. minsan mas nakakabuti ng na itong ganito proseso dahil wala ka naman magagawa sa occurrence of natural events.

ex: NATURAL CALAMITY... NATURAL EVENTS... tinamaan ng kidlat ang bahay nyo, bumuka ang lupa sa tapat ng school nyo at na trap ka kasi kaka-laro mo ng candy crush maglaro ka na lang ng candy crush habang wala pang nag rescue sayo.

2. AVOID- may mga pagkakataon din na naiiwasan ang "stress at dapat naman iwasan". dahil may part ka sa pagkakaroon mo ng stress.

ex: na-LATE ka sa work mo dahil na traffic ka, so para hindi ka ka-kaba-kaba na mabigyan ng memo for tirediness pumasok ka ng mas maaga pa sa regular mong gising. alam mo naman palang ang traffic ay nagiging parte ng buhay ng tao sa lansangan sa panahon na ito so gumawa ka ng paraan.

3. ADJUST- kung hindi mo magawang ma-avoid agad ang dahilan ng stress dahil sa ilang bagay, then you need to ADJUST.

ex: kung lagi kang napapagalitan ng magulang mo dahil sa pananamit mong napakahalay at nagiging dahilan para ika stress mo. aba'y mag adjust ka. magdagdag ka ng tela ng damit, pambihira ang mahal mahal ng bili mo tas kulang ang tela pag sinuot mo.

The wrestling coach of my first national team threw me with a takedown I'd never seen before. Elated, I attacked him and he did it again. Don't be jealous of others success; you don't know their humble beginnings. Be inspired when others get up and get up again. The only constant in success is starting over. Those who repeatedly succeed make it an art form.
A true master once told me only those who can internally see who they want to become, and painfully long for it, can achieve their potential. Being human is art, and expanding potential AFFLICTS us. Be gratitude for your discomfort with your current condition; that discontent lies at the heart of motivation, passion and growth.
