Capsular Hydrodilatation is a NON-SURGICAL treatment option for FROZEN SHOULDER that aims to IMPROVE MOVEMENT and DECREASE PAIN in the SHOULDER.

The procedure is well-tolerated and takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. It can be done in the Doctor’s office using ULTRASOUND-GUIDANCE that ensures that the needle is correctly placed in the shoulder joint. Other than IMPROVING PATIENT OUTCOMES, Ultrasound-guidance also AVOIDS DAMAGING OTHER STRUCTURES when performing the procedure.

Ibig-sabihin nun, sa pagkakataon na hindi tugma ang lab result/imaging findings ng isang pasyente sa kanilang nararamdaman, pakikinggan parin natin ang pasyente at pagtutuunan ng pansin ang kanilang mga sintomas; hindi dapat basta-basta dini-dismiss ang nararamdaman ng mga pasyente dahil “normal” ang kanilang lab results/imaging findings.

“The greatest education in the world is watching MASTERS at work”

Thankful to have attended the Advanced Sports and Nerve MSK Ultrasound with USG-Interventional Procedure last April 21-23 and met the MSK-Ultrasound authors and legends Dr. Jon Jacobson and Dr. Jeffrey Strakowski.

Much thanks to Dr. Jeimylo de Castro for bringing speakers and world-class instructors and lecturers. The techniques and lessons we’ve learned from these legends will definitely improve our patient care. 🙏🏼
