Mukhang sumobra ata ang ‘galing’ ng ibang nasa coffee industry ngayon a. FYI, ginawa ’yan para sa mga gustong mag-start ng business sa maliit na kapital, yung hindi na kailangan ng mamahaling machines.

’Yung instant coffee na yan, galing sa billion-peso (o dollar) na extraction machine para maging komportable ka magtimpla ng kape. Kape na in-extract ng sobrang mahal na makina, tapos spray-dried para maging powder. Pag binuhusan mo ng mainit na tubig, natutunaw agad.

Para lang ’yang portafilter na sinaksak sa espresso machine — at alam mo kung ano lumabas? ’Yung parehong kape na pinatuyo ng billion-peso na machine.
