Join us this August as we celebrate Family Planning Month with the theme, "Sa Tamang Kaalaman at Pagpalno, Siguradong Masagana ang Kinabukasan" with a series of activities promoting health, wellness, and informed choices for every family.

August 19 (Mon) at R1MC OB OPD Clinic – Lay Fora on family planning methods and reproductive health

August 20 (Tue) at San Fabian, Pangasinan – Family Planning Outreach – free counseling and services

August 22 (Thu) at R1MC OB Ward – Lay Fora continuation with expert speakers and open Q&A

Adolescence is a critical phase of physical, emotional, and social development, and addressing the health issues that arise during this period is crucial for ensuring lifelong well-being.
In addressing these issues, it is crucial to take adolescents’ perspectives into account. They should be involved in shaping policies and programs intended for their well-being. Providing safe spaces for dialogue, ensuring their voices are heard, and making healthcare more youth-friendly.

IBA ANG PINAGPLANUHAN! FAMILY PLANNING CARAVAN

Sa pagpapatuloy ng selebrasyon ng Family Planning Month ngayong Agosto, nagsagawa ng Outreach Program ang Region 1 Medical Center Family Planning Unit sa Rural Health Unit I ng Bayan ng Calasiao noon Agosto 16, 2024.

Kasama sina Dr. Rico Reyes, Dr. Casimiro Bacugan Jr. Senior Consultants and Family Planning Coordinators Of R1MC, at sila Dr. Yvonne Nacis, Dr. Rosielyn Asto, Dr. Michelle Manzano, Dr. Catherine Cabusas, Dr. Abigail Delos Reyes, Dr. A***n Balolong, Dr. Carla Mae Olarte, Dr. Jim Hallare, Dr. Sarah Reyes, Dr. Jocel Manlanat, Dr. Shanie Ley Sapira, Dr. Geedee Diana Dotimas, Dr. Nashreen Dale Salih and Dr. Hannah Camacho nagsagawa ng maikling programa kung saan nagtalakay ng mga ibat-ibang uri ng contraceptives. Nagbigay rin ng libre prenatal check-up at ng mga contraceptives sa mga dumalo, katulad ng paglagay ng dermal implant.

Taos pusong pasasalamat sa municipal Health Officer ng Calasiao na si Dr. Gemma P. Idos-Rodrigo kasama si Dr. Justin Ross Bajao Medical Officer IV, Dr. Fritz Phillip Maniquis Medical Office III, Nurses, Midwives at MHO Staff.

At sa walang sawa na suporta ng kapartner natin sa pagplano ng pamilya na si Mr. Ralph Santiago at ng DKT Health Inc, maraming salamat.

As part of the celebration of Family Planning Month, Region 1 Medical Center Family Planning Unit holds its IUD training among OB GYN Residents and Family Medicine Residents today, August 12, 2024, at Ciriaco Hall. Learning never stops for our doctors to provide quality health service.
This is spearheaded by Dr Rico Reyes, OBGYN Department Manager, and Dr Jun Bacugan, OBGYN senior consultant.
