Why the Buttocks Are Not Ideal for Norifam Injection‼️

1.Higher Risk of Hitting the Sciatic Nerve – The dorsogluteal site (upper outer quadrant of the buttocks) is close to the sciatic nerve. If the needle is placed incorrectly, it can cause nerve damage, leading to pain, numbness, or mobility issues.

2.Possible Poor Absorption – The buttocks have more fat, which may lead to poor absorption of the medication if not injected deep enough into the muscle. This can make the contraceptive less effective.

3.More Pain and Side Effects – The dorsogluteal site has larger blood vessels and more connective tissue, increasing the chances of pain, bruising, or swelling after injection.

4.Higher Infection Risk – The buttocks are harder to keep clean, and improper technique can increase the risk of infection or abscess formation at the injection site.

Ako ay naninilbihan sa isang government hospital. Walang plantilla o item. Contractual lang ako dun. Which means kalahati ang sweldo na natatanggap ko kumpara sa empleyado na may item. Wala kaming PF kasi nga swelduhan kami ng gobyerno. Libre ang serbisyo namin sa public hospitals.

Sa private hospital, naniningil ako. Bakit? Hindi naman ako binabayaran ng ospital e. Magtatrabaho ka at magbibigay ng serbisyo, edi siyempre karapatan mo maningil.

Alam nyo ba, sa mga private hospitals, PINAKAHULING nababayaran ang mga doktor? Pwede nga mag promisory note e. Kung mabayaran kami, edi ok. Pag hindi na kami nabayaran, edi welcome na lang.

Ang problema sa GUARANTEE LETTER, hindi siya GARANTISADO na magbabayad. Try mo magtrabaho tapos utang muna yung sweldo mo. Ilang buwan pa bago ka mabayaran? Or minsan pag wala ng pondo, hindi ka na mababayaran. Kaya mo?

Magalit kayo sa sistema. Pare-pareho lang tayong biktima dito. P60k binabayad ko sa Philhealth taon-taon since 2018. Sa tingin mo hindi rin ako frustrated? Saka linisin mo muna bunganga mo. Umagang umaga apakabastos ng banat mo.
