We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa. The ideal candidate enjoys customer service and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
โ€ข Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
โ€ข Manage appointments, check-ins, and check-outs
โ€ข Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries
โ€ข Handle payments and maintain accurate records
โ€ข Coordinate with therapists and spa staff
โ€ข Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Requirements:
โ€ข Previous experience in reception or customer service (spa or hospitality preferred)
โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
