A single bag of blood is more than just a donation—it’s a lifeline. Every drop carries hope, strength, and a chance for someone to see tomorrow.

Cardinal Rosales Memorial Hospital, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross, warmly invites you to join our upcoming Blood Donation Drive. Your simple act of kindness can make a life-saving difference for patients in need.

📅 Date: April 12, 2026 (Sunday)
🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Venue: Hospital Lobby

Who Can Donate:
✅ At least 50 kg
✅ In good health condition
✅ Well-rested and properly hydrated

Before Donating, Please Remember:
• Eat a light, non-oily meal at least 2 hours prior
• Avoid smoking at least 4 hours before
• No alcohol intake 24 hours before
• Get 6–8 hours of sleep
• Ensure no flu-like symptoms or open wounds
