We are pleased to share that the Procurement team from Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro Sr. Medical Center (MHARSMC) visited Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital (DJRMH) in Dapitan City on July 31, 2025 to August 1, 2025. This benchmarking initiative enabled MHARSMC staff to observe our procurement workflows and learn from DJRMH’s operational best practices.

2% o 6.1 million na kaso ng Hepatitis B at C sa mundo ay Pilipino ayon sa 2024 Global Hepatitis Report.

Abiso ng DOH, pabakunahan ang mga bata kontra Hepatitis B sa inyong health center. 🛡️

Ang Hepatitis C ay maaaring maiwasan sa pamamagitan ng paggamit ng malinis na hiringgilya. 💉

Makakaiwas naman sa Hepatitis A at E sa pamamagitan ng maayos na paghahanda ng pagkain. 🍽️

🚨MGA IITLUGAN NG LAMOK, MAS MARAMI DAHIL SA ULAN; DOH 4T GAWING REGULAR KONTRA DENGUE🚨

Bahagyang tumaas ang kaso ng dengue sa unang dalawang linggo ng Hunyo. Mula 8,233 noong June 1-14, tumaas ito sa 10,733 pagdating ng June 15-28. Pinaghahandaan na ng DOH ang pagtaas sa kaso ng dengue dahil sa sunod sunod na pag-ulan at pagbaha nitong mga nakaraang linggo.

Paalala ng DOH na gawin ang 4Ts para walang pamahayan ang lamok dengue na aedes. Maging alerto matapos maipon ang ulan sa paligid at mga lalagyan kung saan nangingitlog ang lamok na ito.

The BUCAS sa DJRMH will be opened from 8AM-11 AM only for non-urgent and ambulatory services.

The EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT is OPEN 24/7 to cater emergency services.

On July 23, 2025, the Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital Infection Prevention and Control Committee (DJRMH IPCC) conducted a lecture discussion among Surgical Ward patients and watchers with the theme, "IPC Champions: Leading the Way to Safer Healthcare."

Led by Ms. Charlene D. Hamoy, Nurse VI/IPC Nurse, with Ms. Michelle Fe S. Santos, HEPO II/IPC Auxiliary Member, and Ms. Nathel Uycoco, Nurse II/Surgical Ward, the discussion covered surgical site infection prevention, hand hygiene, demonstration on surgical site wound care, and Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD) awareness.

The BGH personnel observed our processes in Finance/Accounting, Billing and Claims, Health Information Management System, and Human Resource Management Office. We're honored to have shared our expertise and experiences with BGH, contributing to their upgrading and improvement efforts.

🦠 Ingat, Ka-PhilHealth! Bantay HFMD Tayo!

Katuwang ang Department of Health, pinapaalalahanan ng PhilHealth ang publiko sa pagtaas ng bilang ng kaso ng Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD) sa bansa, na umabot na sa 7,598 mula Enero 1 hanggang Pebrero 22, 2025. Ang sakit na ito ay karaniwang nakaaapekto sa mga batang limang taong gulang pababa, ngunit maaari ring makahawa sa mas matatandang bata at kahit matatanda.

Ang HFMD ay lubhang nakakahawa, ngunit kadalasang gumagaling sa loob ng 7–10 araw. Agad na kumonsulta sa doktor kung may malalang sintomas tulad ng matagal na lagnat o hirap sa paghinga.
