NOTES:
1. Prepayment will secure you a slot. Walk-ins are accepted but understand that the priority shall be those who have scheduled time.
2. You may pay in Sagpon, Daraga from 6:30am-5pm. We also accept GCash payments 09270214859.
3. The schedules are approximate only. Scheduling is done to minimize crowding in the facility thereby lowering frustration levels, lalo na’t gutom kayo. 😄 Pwede nyong balikan ang ECG after your breakfast kung feasible sa inyo.
4. Pls fast 8-12hrs before your schedule.
5. Friday’s collection results shall be released on Tuesday (1:00PM), and Saturday’s collection on Wednesday (1:00PM) the following week.
