๐‹๐Ž๐Ž๐Š: The BUIPESR College Red Cross Youth Council (BUIPESR-CRCYC) proudly joins the General Assembly of the BUIPESR CSC (BU-IPESR College Student Council) for Academic Year 2025โ€“2026, held on September 19, 2025, at the BU-IPESR New Grandstand.

As part of the event, the newly elected officers of the BUIPESR-CRCYC were formally introducedโ€”marking the beginning of another year of service, volunteerism, and humanitarian commitment. With passion and dedication, the council stands ready to uphold the values of the Red Cross and serve the IPESR community with compassion and resilience.

On September 20, 2025, the Council once again extended its support to the BU-IPESR Athletics Tryouts, held across various university venues. Officers and members were deployed to ensure the safety, order, and welfare of all participants, showcasing their commitment to both teamwork and humanitarian service.

Through their consistent presence and active involvement, the BUIPESR-CRCYC exemplifies its core values of humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity, and universality. More than assisting in event operations, the Council continues to inspire students to embrace the true essence of volunteerism โ€” being of service to others with compassion and dedication.

| The Bicol University - College Red Cross Youth Council (CRCYC) conducted its 1st Face-to-Face Meeting yesterday, September 09, 2025, at the BU IPESR Old Grand Stand.

Discussions focused on the preparation for the upcoming YVFC Training (Indoor & Outdoor), budget planning and financial proposals, as well as food, materials, and officersโ€™ participation in events. The council also tackled paperwork, membership resolutions, and future activities to strengthen volunteerism and service.

The group agreed to work hand in hand to make sure the training and other activities will run smoothly and benefit both the members and the community.
