Word of mouth is an old marketing practice, because of that there are a lot of myths which have been passed around. But, how do we know if this is a fact or a myth? Here are some of the common dental myths and facts:

𝕄𝕪𝕥𝕙: Over-brushing your gums cannot wear them away.

𝔽𝕒𝕔𝕥: Brushing too hard will expose the roots of your teeth which will cause a higher risk of gum disease from bacteria. Rinse with warm and salty water 10 minutes after eating to keep gums healthy.
