Ngayong buwan ng Setyembre, ipinagdiriwang natin ang 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗣𝗧 𝗗𝗮𝘆 na may temang “𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙮 𝘼𝙜𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜: 𝙁𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙩𝙮”, ating paalalahanan ang lahat na may magagawa tayong hakbang upang maiwasan ang panganib ng 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 lalo na habang tayo’y tumatanda. 👵👴✨

Talakayin natin ang 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹-𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 na maaari mong gawin sa bahay at kahit saan sa video na ito:
