Please be informed that due to bad weather, the scheduled medical examination for 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 23, 2025 (𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆) will be cancelled. The medical examination will continue on the following days.

In addition, students who were not able to take their medical examination may still report on any of the remaining dates within the medical examination schedule. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Please be informed that due to inclement weather, the medical examination schedule for today will be cut off at 12:00 PM.

Students scheduled for medical examinations from 12:00 PM onwards will be rescheduled to a later date. The updated schedule will be announced accordingly.

In addition, those who were not able to come today may report for their medical examination at any time they are available within the remaining schedule.

Please be informed that the medical examination will proceed as scheduled on 𝙎𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 22, 2025 (𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙮), from 8:00 𝘼𝙈 𝙩𝙤 5:00 𝙋𝙈, inside the campus. Despite the suspension of classes due to the incoming typhoon, the medical examination will continue and will not be cancelled. As stated, due to the expected weather conditions tomorrow, all students are also advised to be careful when going to campus.

For your guidance, kindly observe the following reminders:

📍Bring your own stool sample.

To all first year students who were unable to undergo their medical examination during the initial schedule, please be informed that you may still complete your medical examination on the following dates and time.

🗓️ September 15-19, 2025
🕗 0800H-1500H
📍 PNTC School Clinic

This will be your final opportunity to complete the medical examination within the school.

Students who are unable to attend during the above-mentioned dates will be advised to have their medical examination conducted outside the school at their own arrangement and expense. Please ensure to submit the official medical results to the school clinic as soon as possible.

𝙒𝙃𝘼𝙏: Annual Medical Examination
𝙒𝙃𝙀𝙉: August 18-22, 2025 (0800H-1500H)
𝙒𝙃𝙀𝙍𝙀: PNTC Colleges (Main Campus)
𝙒𝙃𝙔: To ensure the general health status of every employee and student especially those 1st year students who will be pursuing maritime career, the Annual Medical Examination will be conducted to assess their overall fitness, including their vision, hearing, and cardiovascular health, as well as to ensure they meet rigorous health and fitness standards required for seafaring duties, as outlined by international regulations.

All concerned maritime students are required to participate in the examination based on their assigned schedule. Please check your email from time to time regarding your schedule and for further announcement.

Also, be reminded of the following before the annual medical examination:
