1 - 10 - kilometers = 2 to 3 hours minimum
11 - 20 - kilometers = 4 hours minimum
21 - 30 - kilometers = 6 hours minimum
31 - 40 - kilometers = 8 hours minimum
41 - 50 - kilometers = 2 therapist w/6-8hours minimum
