Having difficulty of doing family thalassemia screening because of the cost? We got you!!!! Just have an identified index case diagnosed with thalassemia and get FREE thalassemia screening for the family - 1st to 2nd degree family members - parents, uncles, aunties, siblings, etc.. kids more than 1 year old! Just have them pre register prior to the July 19 2025 (Saturday) pilot run to reserve their slots. Blood extraction will be at the National Children's Hospital, E Rodriguez, Quezon City 🥰

We are imposing new rules regarding NO SHOWS in June.

Let us treat others how we want to be treated. We all want to be given an earlier schedule. We all want to be informed if the appointment will not push through. We all would appreciate it if someone who cannot come will tell the clinic of their inability to come so the clinic can recall those who are waitlisted.

We have been asking for consideration regarding rescheduling if patients cannot come. Unfortunately, we are saddened that some patients, new and old, still opt to just not come on their appointment schedule. This, despite being reminded of their appointments. While those asking to be fit in but were not accommodated.

Starting JUNE 2024, Dr. Gonzales has asked Ms. Sophia and Ms. Brenda to keep track of patients who do not show up on their schedule. We will send the rules along with reminders during scheduling and follow-up confirmations.

Please understand that this is NOT ABOUT THE MONEY. THIS IS ABOUT HONORING YOUR APPOINTMENTS because we DO NOT DOUBLE BOOK. We also message patients when Dr. Gonzales will not be able to make it on their schedule visits. We are hoping that this way, then maybe the consideration that we are asking to cancel appointments if you will not be able to come will be given.

We are sorry but we can not think of any other way to prevent loss of schedules for others.

Humingi na habang nagpapa check-up. Tuwing check up na lang magbibigay ng papers.

Wag walain ang mga reseta at lab request.

Kung kelangan ng mga papers, magpa appointment and check up na po.

Hindi po pwedeng iwan sa secretary para pirmahan ni doc or kukunin ang ginawa ni doc. Magpr print lang po kung andyan kayo. Thank you for your understanding.

Good afternoon. I would like to ask for your kindness and understanding as I am going through a very, very difficult time.

For those whom I instructed to send labs to the chat, please be assured that either Ms. Brenda or Ms. Sophia are forwarding them to me. If I see that the lab result is not urgent, I will probably not be able to respond. Sa follow-up niyo na lang po tanungin. If urgent, I will send a message.

For any other concern (fever, cough, colds, diarrhea, headache, vomiting, allergies, kahit ano pong ibang concern), please either consult your pediatrician or proceed to the emergency room.

I really just need a few days of quiet for myself and my family.

I am reposting this reminder that we send to our patients when booking an appointment.

Today, I originally had 12 patients on schedule. ONLY 2 CAME. Please.

I give appointments in consideration of my patients:
1. so you do not have to wait long at the waiting area;
2. So that if I am not available on your scheduled day, we can inform you and you wouldn't have to come.

We DO NOT double book.

I have been on a long leave and during that absence, a LOT of patients were asking for a May 24 slot. WE TURNED THEM DOWN because May 24 is already full. The app even sends reminders to our patients the day before.

I hope the consideration that I afford our patients are also given to me and to other patients as well. Let us be kind to each other. Let us not do unto others what we don't want others to do unto us. Imagine if you were that patient who did not get a slot, or had to go somewhere else when you could have been seen today pala?
