Sleep Tight For A Better Fight This project would also be helpful to the workaholic person who wishes to explore the topic of insomnia in detail.

This project is all about the effects of insomnia that threaten students’ performance when achieving success and to further explore the possible management techniques that are very much needed nowadays, as well as contribute awareness through conducting a webinar. The objective of this project is to ascertain or identify the extent to which insomia affects students’ academic success, health, and general lifestyle, as well as to inquire and bring to light measures.
