The De La Salle University Medical Center Department of Emergency Medicine proudly presents the 13th Post Graduate Symposium!

We would like to introduce one of our esteemed speakers: Dr. Daniel M. Luchangco is a seasoned emergency medicine specialist with extensive experience in airway management and intraosseous access. As the Emergency Department Head at UERM Medical Center and a consultant at Victor R. Potenciano Medical Center, he is committed to advancing emergency care practices.

With a background in emergency medicine residency at Makati Medical Center, where he now serves as a consultant and training faculty member, Dr. Luchangco is deeply involved in training future emergency physicians. In his workshop sessions, "Every Breath Counts" and "Critical Access," he equips healthcare professionals with essential life-saving skills in airway management and intraosseous access, ensuring rapid and effective interventions in critical situations.
