Hello I am Mr. J ,27 years of age, living in Philippines, I have anxiety and depression and I'm on my medication for mostlhy 3 months now

I have intrusive thoughts of knocking something/someone out but as i'm not that type of person i didn't do it

my life is getting better day by day now maybe

i don't know if the pressure on me being a big brother or is it a genetics having this disease

my grandmother died and my mom died a few years after makes my depression worse

i have contemplated su***de most of the time but i didn't really do it. I think i really think about killing myself for about 2 times, then I remember my family and friends that make my senses back on reality.

I'm the one who created this page and hope it grows.
