• Supervises the administration of government and company-initiated benefits for all employees
• Supervises the administration of the performance review and salary administration programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization
• Monitors recruiters in filling up manpower requirements based on the respective standard processing time
• Prepares Monthly Strategic HR planning updates
• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment
• Overseeing the health and safety of all employees
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration
• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance

· Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
· Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
· Inspect stock and report any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
· Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and receiving stock.
· Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
· Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
· Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
