“𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚”

Today is Monday. As usual, I arrived early at the clinic to prepare for the therapy sessions ahead. While sitting at my desk, waiting for my first client, I found myself reflecting on this space.

This room has listened to countless stories — stories of struggle, pain, and silent battles. It has witnessed tears, fears, and the weight of trauma carried by many hearts. But most importantly, this room has also embraced healing, courage, and the small victories that grow into big transformations.

💛 For me, this psychotherapy room is more than four walls and furniture. It is a safe haven — a space where clients find their voice, reclaim their strength, and take brave steps toward recovery and hope.
