Elders wishing to remain in their own homes has the right to be properly loved, cared and protected from harm and enjoying life as much as possible. Having in-homecare assistance allows elders to maintain control over things that are important to them: remaining in familiar surroundings, staying in touch with their family, and friends. Is the first and only Home Healthcare Services, Inc. that caters a variety of healthcare services ranging from assisted medical, nursing, social, psychological and physical needs. Our company is based on referral system coming from Medical Specialist and Team of Health Care Professionals eager to provide high quality multi-disciplinary services to our valued client. Out company is working with a TEAM of experts in the field of Medicine, Nursing and Physical Rehabilitation. First, we study what services you want us to provide, and how often. We will coordinate with the Team of experts thru consultations and advices in the home care management program. Our services can provide 24/7 home health care management and assistance to our client by providing them team of Professional Caregivers certified and duly licensed by TESDA to provide basic nursing skills and management. YOU KNOW WHAT, WHEN, WHO, AND HOW MUCH After learning your needs, we propose a task list and schedule for the services you requested, along with the weekly fee. We believe you will find our services to be valuable and affordable. You may change or cancel your service with one business days’ notice. When service begins, a supervisor will personally introduce each care giver to you. CAREFULLY SELECTED STAFF Each staff member or professional caregivers has received a thorough review of their past employment, their current level of skills, their integrity, and their desire to assist seniors. TRAINED AND CAPABLE All our staff members are responsible for their actions. We orient them to our practices for accomplishing assignments and to our standards of dependability and courtesy. Before they begin an assignment with you, we review with them the services you requested and ensure they can accomplish them. OUR CAREGIVERS RECEIVE REGULAR SUPERVISION Before our care givers begin an assignment, one of our Service Coordinators reviews your Service Plan with them to confirm they have the skills for the assignment. The Service Coordinator then arranges an introduction so you can meet the care giver, usually a day before the first day of the assignment. After the assignment begins, our Service Coordinator contacts you to learn if your needs and expectations were met. Service Coordinators routinely meet with clients once or twice each week or as needed, and evaluate the services you are receiving. If changes are needed they communicate those changes to the care giver. In turn, each care giver’s performance is reviewed each month, and they receive a substantial reward when achieving our established standards. WE PROVIDE MORE VALUE Our care givers have been selected and asked to join our staff because they have shown themselves to be capable, dependable, and trustworthy. They received proper education, training and seminars to become worthy of the profession and to our company. Our caregivers has been assessed and certified by government agency (TESDA) as competent individuals with National Certification Level 2. Our caregivers is likewise a certified First Aider certified by The Philippine Red Cross. They will receive their wages according to their expertise, length of experience, number of hours rendered and type of services rendered to our client. The company will be providing paid time off, Phil health Insurance, Social security benefits and continuing education to update and improved one’s knowledge, skills and attitude to our loyal and best performing caregivers. This allows us to attract and retain the best. Capable, well paid, properly directed and supervised care givers are productive and reliable. Our care givers will accomplish much in our daily visit or daily duties.
