Ang Benepisyong ito ay para sa lahat ng Pilipino na miyembro at benepisyaryo ng PhilHealth na may "𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐝 𝟎 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐚𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠"na nasuri na may error of refraction at iba pang kundisyon sa mata na maaaring itama ng salamin.

Saklaw ng benepisyo ang mga kinakailangang optometric services gaya ng:
