Simple checks that make a difference:
✅ Monitor blood pressure and blood sugar (especially if may family history)
✅ Prioritize sleep and hydration
✅ Move daily (even a 10–20 min walk)
✅ Choose real food more often; cut back on sugary drinks

🚨 Go to the ER ASAP if you have: chest pain, severe headache, weakness/numbness on one side, shortness of breath.
