Philippines Real Estate Agents
Salary:
Entry-Level: ₱25,000 to ₱50,000 per month
Mid-Level: ₱50,000 to ₱90,000 per month
Senior: ₱90,000 to ₱160,000+ per month

Key Responsibilities:
• Property Sales & Leasing: Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties.
Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed on the latest market trends, property values, and zoning regulations in the Philippines. Conduct research to identify new opportunities and prospects.
• Property Viewings & Negotiations: Arrange property viewings and negotiate terms of agreements. Facilitate discussions between buyers, sellers, and other involved parties to close deals.
• Marketing: Promote properties through various online and offline channels, including social media, real estate listings, and networking events.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all transactions and paperwork are completed accurately and in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Creating and Summarizing Reports: Provide weekly reports on the progress of search in real estate of Philippines.
• Recommend Properties: Pro-actively make recommendation on below market value and high rate of return property acquisition. Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role (experience in the Philippine market is highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine real estate market, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Willing to go the extend of door to door search of properties (if needed).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong sales skills with a focus on delivering what is expected by the superiors.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with real estate software and listing platforms. • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English and Filipino is required. (Mandarin is plus) Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Real Estate Service (RES) license or similar certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, with a focus on the Philippine market.
