Dasol Community Hospital is a level 1 hospital under DOH moratorium with secondary laboratory services. It's also accredited by Phil health as center of safety with accredited TB-DOTS facility. Its land area is 20,000 sq m located at Brgy. The hospital land was donated by the heirs of the late Col. Domingo Valdez to DOH last May 20, 1990. It was originally na
med Dasol Community Hospital but was changed to Col. Valdez Memorial Hospital in honor of the land owner under the Provincial Ordinance NO. 110-2004 dated Aug. 11, 2004. It started its operation on March 9, 1992 and was renamed to Dasol Community Hospital (Col. Valdez Memorial Hospital) from Sept. 2, 2011 to present under Provincial Ordinance NO. 153-2011 held last Aug. 22, 2011. Vision: The Dasol Community Hospital is the center of excellence in providing health care services. Mission:
1. To make health services, particularly hospital care, readily
available.
2. To arouse community awareness of the goverment intention in
uplifting the health of its people.
3. To provide the highest attainable patient care and to reduce disease mortality
and morbidity.
4. To encourage the community to seek medical advice or regular consultation even in the state
of good health.
