Effective July 12, 2025, the Department of General Surgery at Davao Medical School Foundation has been granted Level I accreditation by the Philippine Society of General Surgeons, officially recognizing us as a regular training program from an interim training program. This prestigious recognition follows a successful accreditation review by the PSGS Committee on Accreditation, and formal approval by the PSGS Board of Directors.
