Tubag: Unang tulo ka bulan (1st trimester) o pag nahibal-an nimo nga buntis ka.

Rason:
1. Magsugod na ug inom sa Folic Acid
2. Mag laboratory para mahibal-an kung adunay mga dili normal
3. Mag ultrasound
4. Mag Anti Tetanus
5. Birth Planning

Kung ikaw adunay taas nga BP o taas nga blood sugar nga wala pa'y maintenance, pwede ka muadto sa Lubogan Health Center aron makonsulta sa atong Doctor. Kung wala pa nakahibalo kung taas ka ug blood sugar, pwede sad mag FBS anang adlawa. Kinahanglan nga naglaming ka ug 8 ka oras before makuhaan. Abre na kami 6:30 sa buntag.
