Ganito ka ba? Ileless mo ang gatas ng anak mo para magutom, para kumain ng kanin?

Mali po yan!

Lalo lang papayat! Possible din na di tatangkad o di gaanong tatalino.

May mga babies po na milk lovers, medyo delayed po ang appreciation nila sa rice at ulam pero normal po yun.

Mas mataas naman ang sustansya ng gatas (especially breastmilk) kaysa sa kanin.

Mga amerkano nga di pa na kakain ng isang butil ng kanin pero 6 footer naman.

Eventually kakain rin yan gaya natin, wala naman akong classmate ng highschool na nagbebreastmilk pa.

But if you try to starve the baby by decreasing the milk para kumain ng kanin ay mali po yun.

Bakit?

Ang effect po nun is you are trying to train the body to exist with low calories. So gagamitin ng katawan ni baby ang mga stored fats as energy para maging active pa rin sya. At dahil nasanay na si baby na konte lang ang calories, hindi ibig sabihin tatakamin niya ang rice kapag nakita niya dahil nga adjusted na ang katawan niya to live with low calories.

Ang love for rice ay iba iba sa mga bata.

Some para sa kanila masarap na. Its their tongue. Nasa genes yun na di mapili.

Some may maturity na kailangan pa na eventually they will grow to appreciate it, pero di natin namamadali pero kailangan nakakatry na rin kahit papaano, pero di dapat pagalitan kung mahina pa.

Tutal may milk naman.

So better wag mong pagutuman ng milk para lang kumain. Better painumin ng milk kung yun ang gusto niya. To train the body na hindi masanay sa starving. Eventually the body will be asking more calories as the baby grows and eventually magugustuhan rin niya ang rice. Na ok pala ang rice!

Worried po kasi ako Doc kasi konte lang rice niya.

Actually worried din yung baby sa inyo bakit wala kayong milk! Isip niya baka malilipasan na kayo ng gutom.

Gets mo? Adults lang tayo baby lang sya. Yung mindset niya is milk is life. Tayo rice is life. But there’s nothing wrong with both of you.

Doc pwede bang mangmilk kahit more than 2 years old na?

Of course.

Baka masira kasi ang ipin daw.

Kung di nagtutoothbrush masisira talaga kahit walang milk. So its the brushing of teeth as early as first tooth using baby toothpaste is important.

Yung iba kasi 2 years old na doon pa tinoothbrushan kaya yun, sira na ang teeth bago pa nagsimula.

Kakahiya kasi Doc sa kapitbahay kasi nagmimilk pa anak ko malaki na?

Eh di wag mo ipakita sa mga marites na nagmimilk pa.

Tanong kita? Bakit tayo adults na gumagamit pa rin ng straw, bakit di nalang inumin yung baso? Enjoy kasi Doc may sinisipsip!

O see! Hangang ngayon baby ka pa rin!

Avoid junk foods. Milk is better than junk.

Reminder: Breastmilk is best for babies.
