SUCCESSFUL SKIN WEEK 2025 – DERMATOLOGY
MEDICAL MISSION: “KALUSUGAN NG BALAT, PARA SA LAHAT”

We are happy to announce the successful conduct of the PDS Skin Week 2025 Dermatology Medical Mission held earlier today, November 26, 2025 at Toril A Super Health Center, in partnership with the SPMC Department of Dermatology, the Philippine Dermatological Society (PDS),
and the City Health Office–Davao💙✨

Through this activity, we were able to serve 185 patients who availed the following services:
✔ Free dermatologic consultations
✔ Dermoscopy and diagnostic services
✔ Skin health education and counseling
And 15 patients for:
✔ Minor dermatologic procedures
✔ Dermatologic surgery for selected cases

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the SPMC Dermatology Team for their dedication and excellent service, and to Dra. Margie Roa Rubio from the City Health Office (CHO) for her presence and support during the activity. Your guidance and involvement greatly contributed to the success of the medical mission. 🙏💛

We also thank our health staff and barangay in charge for their teamwork and assistance throughout the event.

To our community, daghang salamat sa inyong pagsalig. Together, we continue to promote accessible and quality skin health services for all. 🌿✨

💙 WORLD DIABETES DAY 2025

Our dedicated Toril A Health Center health staff proudly joined the World Diabetes Day 2025 celebration organized by Diabetes Philippines – Davao Chapter at Viper’s Peak, Brgy. Bayabas, Toril, Davao City. 🌍👣

With this year’s theme, “Access to Diabetes Care,”
our team participated in the Trail Hike, Blue Circle Formation, and community wellness activities to show strong support for diabetes awareness, early detection, and healthy lifestyle promotion. 💪💙

We are grateful for this meaningful opportunity to stand with our partners in health and advocate for a healthier, diabetes-aware Davao community.

Together, let’s continue spreading awareness and empowering every Davaoeño toward better health! 💙✨

📌 Mga sample lesions nga pwede i-screen
(tan-awa ang hulagway sa ubos):
– Skin tags
– Warts
– Seborrheic keratosis
– Cyst-like bumps
– Ug uban pang gagmay nga pagtubo sa panit

Importante ang early screening kay limitado ra ang slots para sa surgical cases.

Para sa surgical cases, gina-awhag ang mga pasyente nga magpa-konsulta ug screening daan sa Toril A Super Health Center maminos 3 ka adlaw sa wala pa ang mission aron masuta ang ilang eligibility.

Palihog hinumdumi nga aduna tay pipila ka prosedimiento nga mahimo buhaton on-site ug aduna puy uban nga dili, depende sa dermatologic assessment, kalisod sa kaso, ug available resources. Ang uban nga kaso mahimong i-iskedyul para sa dugang pagdumala sa SPMC Dermatology.

Ang tanang partisipante hangyoon nga moabot sa venue sa alas 8:00 sa buntag.
