👶This week is National Newborn Screening Week, which reminds us that every baby deserves a healthy start in life.

That's why here at EcoMed, our Birthing Package includes a newborn screening test, along with 24-hour accommodation and medicines among other benefits, that'll not only ensure baby's health but also make mommy happy!

🍼Package Inclusions
✅24-Hour Accommodation
✅Basic Supplies & Medicines during labor and delivery
✅Routine Newborn Care Only:
- Credes Prophylaxis
- Hepa-B Vaccine
- Vit. K Injection
- BCG Vaccine
- Newborn Hearing Test
- Newborn Screening Test

⚠️Not Included:
❕Use of Electronic Fetal Monitor
❕Add on extra supplies, medicines
❕Accommodation beyond 24 hrs.
❕Pediatric rounds (if availed)

📝Terms and Conditions
1️⃣The patient must be a PhilHealth member or a qualified dependent.
2️⃣The patient must have updated PhilHealth contributions.
3️⃣Only normal spontaneous vaginal delivery (NSVD) without complications is covered.
4️⃣First delivery will be handled by OB doctor. Second delivery onwards until 4th will depend on patient’s preference if assisted by OB doctor
or a midwife.
5️⃣Pediatric rounds will depend on patient’s preference.

🤝Patient’s Responsibilities
1️⃣Submit required PhilHealth documents (MDR and updated PhilHealth contributions receipt) upon admission.
2️⃣Processing of birth certificate and PhilHealth requirements.
3️⃣Understand and follow facility policies.
4️⃣Provide truthful and complete medical information.
5️⃣Comply with scheduled prenatal and post-natal visits.
6️⃣Dishonesty and noncompliance about medical history and referral advice may result in denial of claim.
