📃Terms & Conditions
1️⃣ Eligibility
The ECOMED Rewards Plus Card is available to all patients availing of medical services at Ecoland Medical & Wellness Center (ECOMED).
2️⃣ Earning Points
Points are earned for every eligible transaction at ECOMED, including:
✅ applicable OPD consultations and procedures,
✅ laboratory tests,
✅ radiology procedures,
✅ and pharmacy purchases.
✅ For OPD cases, points may only be earned between 6 AM and 11 PM.
The number of points earned per transaction will be based on the amount spent, as specified by ECOMED.
Points can be earned through transactions settled through cash, credit cards, digital wallets, or HMO plans at the Cashier or Pharmacy Dept. between 6 AM and 11 PM.
Transactions that are settled using ECOMED Rewards Plus Points or PHIC are not eligible for earning points.
💊 PHARMACY: 1 point for every ₱150.00 spent
🧪 LABORATORY: 1 point for every ₱200.00 spent
🩻 RADIOLOGY: 1 point for every ₱200.00 spent
📦 PACKAGES: 1 point for every ₱200.00 spent
🚑 OPD: 1 point for every ₱500.00 spent
3️⃣ Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed as payment for future:
✅ pharmacy purchases,
✅ laboratory tests,
✅ and radiology procedures
at the Cashier or Pharmacy Dept. between 6 AM and 11 PM.
A minimum number of points may be required for redemption.
Points can only be redeemed by the cardholder.
1 point is equivalent to 1 peso.
4️⃣ Validity and Expiry
Points accumulated are valid for a lifetime.
5️⃣ Card Usage
Points can be transferred to another member.
The Rewards Plus card must be presented before each transaction to earn or redeem points.
6️⃣ Lost or Damaged Card
Lost or damaged cards can be replaced, but a minimal replacement fee may apply.
ECOMED is not responsible for lost points due to card loss or damage.
7️⃣ Terms Modification
ECOMED reserves the right to change or discontinue the ECOMED Rewards Plus Program at any time without prior notice.
8️⃣ Fraud and Misuse
Any misuse or fraudulent activities related to the ECOMED Rewards Plus Card may result in cancellation of the card and forfeiture of earned points.
By using the ECOMED Rewards Plus Card, the cardholder agrees to these terms and conditions.
