📝Terms and Conditions
1️⃣The patient must be a PhilHealth member or a qualified dependent.
2️⃣The patient must have updated PhilHealth contributions.
3️⃣Only 2nd to 4th delivery, normal spontaneous vaginal delivery (NSVD) without complications is covered.
4️⃣Second delivery until fourth will be handled by an OB doctor, assisted by trained midwives.
5️⃣Pediatric rounds will depend on patient’s preference.
🤝Patient’s Responsibilities
1️⃣Submit required PhilHealth documents (MDR and updated PhilHealth contributions receipt) upon admission.
2️⃣Processing of birth certificate and PhilHealth requirements.
3️⃣Understand and follow facility policies.
4️⃣Provide truthful and complete medical information.
5️⃣Comply with scheduled prenatal and post-natal visits.
6️⃣Dishonesty and noncompliance about medical history and referral advice may result in denial of claim.
