The DDH Department of Internal Medicine proudly congratulates Year I resident Dr. Angela Mia A. Labradores on the outstanding achievement for winning 1st place at the 47th Annual Convention of the Philippine society for microbiology and infectious diseases - Dr. Antonio Gonzaga Research Award.

Her case report entitled “A Mass or a Fluke: Spinal Conus Medullaris Schistosomiasis Masquerading as an Intramedullary Tumor” was reported last November 19, 2025 at the SMX Convention Center, Manila.
