𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩: 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟏 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 - 𝐑𝐋𝐄 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 🪽

Level 1 students from the MTW and ThFS groups officially embarked on their Fundamentals of Nursing Practice – Related Learning Experience (RLE) through orientation sessions held on January 14 and 15, 2026, respectively.

The orientation provided a comprehensive overview of RLE expectations, clinical policies and guidelines, professional and clinical conduct, and the roles and responsibilities of student nurses in the clinical setting.

Following the successful orientations, the level 1 angels are finally equipped and ready to take the next step into their nursing education this second semester.

BSN Level 4 officially kicks off the 2nd Semester with a General Orientation with the theme “𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞: 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬”, with unity, energy, and purpose at the SPC Gymnasium last January 6.

The program was led by the dynamic host Sir DJ Z. Orias, RN, MAN, and guided by the ever-supportive Team Quatro, the Level 4 Clinical Instructors, student nurses gathered as one— ready to prepare and journey in conquering their last flight to success!

The day unfolded with a one-of-a-kind energizer and the powerful echoes of claiming “RN 2026!”, followed by the Opening Remarks delivered by SON-Dean, Ma’am Jocelyn A. Cataraja, RN, MAN, which set the tone for commitment and purpose. The program concluded on a high note with meaningful encouragement and open forum led by the Level 4 Coordinators, Ma’am Karen Sol Operario, RN, MN and Ma’am Rodeliza Faith Guillermo, RN, MN.

LOOK!

The SPC School of Nursing Level 4 students officially began their Second Semester exposure for NCM 221–RLE (Elective 2: OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSING) with an orientation day held in various partner agencies across Davao City.

This first day marked an important milestone as students were introduced to real-world occupational health settings, workplace safety standards, and the vital role of nurses in promoting employee health and well-being.

Through the support and collaboration of Makati Development Corporation (MDC), Unifrutti Tropical Philippines Inc., DSG Sons Group (Gaisano Malls), NCCC Group and SPC- Health and Wellness Clinics , the students were given valuable insights and hands-on learning opportunities that strengthened their appreciation of occupational health nursing.

This meaningful experience reflects the School of Nursing’s continued commitment to quality clinical education and strong industry partnerships.
