of Pediatrics of Brokenshire Hospital, he headed the department from 1994-2013 and is currently its adviser. Dr. Albay is a fellow of the Phil. Pediatric Society (PPS) Inc. He was a past president of the PPS-Davao Southern Mindanao Chapter and a former member of the PPS National Board of Trustees. He was recently reappointed to the PPS Hospital Accreditation Board.
