DMMA College of Southern Philippines invites you to “Fit for Duty, Fit for Life: Preventing Lifestyle Diseases in Adults,” a timely wellness initiative designed for today’s fast-paced reality.

With long hours and demanding routines becoming the norm, this seminar tackles the rising risks of hypertension, diabetes, and fatty liver—conditions that can quietly impact focus, performance, and long-term career readiness.

Learn from Dr. Gil Allan Valenzona, a licensed physician and emerging expert in Emergency Medicine, as he shares practical, real-world insights on how to stay healthy, resilient, and ready for life’s demands.

The seminar will take place on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at the DMMA Gym, with two sessions scheduled to accommodate class arrangements: 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM for afternoon students, and 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM for morning students and instructors.
