It's a toxic poisonous mix of substances, including ammonia, the bleach in toilet cleaner, acetone, the chemical in nail polish remover, benzene, found in paint stripper, and hydrogen cyanide, used in rat poison. And smoking delivers it straight into your body.

So it's no surprise every cigarette is doing you damage.

Every time you smoke a cigarette, toxic gases pass into your lungs, then into your bloodstream where they spread to every organ in your body. A cigarette is made using the to***co leaf, which contains ni****ne and a variety of other compounds. As the to***co and compounds burn, they release thousands of dangerous chemicals, including over 40 known to cause cancer. Cigarette smoke contains the poisonous gases carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide, as well as trace amounts of cancer-causing radioactive particles.

In addition to the well-established harmful effects of smoking the past three decades have showed us that indeed smoking can contribute to impotence.

-Men who smoked more than 20 ci******es daily had a 60% higher risk of erectile dysfunction, compared to men who never smoked.

-15% of the past and present smokers had experienced erectile dysfunction, men who currently - and formerly -- smoked were about 30% more likely to suffer from impotence.
