We are seeing more and more flu cases every day.
Don’t wait until you and your child are sick— protect yourselves with the flu vaccine. Safe. Effective. Life-saving. Well-studied. Flu vaccines are best given before flu season starts. That’s the ideal timing for maximum protection.

In the Philippines, flu can occur year-round, but peaks often happen:
• Rainy season: June–October
• Cooler months: December–February

So ideal vaccination times are:
• May–June
• October–November

But very important:

It is NEVER too late to get the flu vaccine.
Even during flu season, vaccination still gives protection.

Flu strains change yearly, hence Flu vaccinations should be given yearly.

I encourage you to discuss with me if you have doubts on vaccinations, so I can help you fully understand the truth. Beware of “ang ingon sa among silingan” 😁
